Espen Daae is Investment Chief, Social Investments at Ferd Social Entrepreneurs. Unicus is one of Ferd’s social entrepreneurs. Ferd is a family owned Norwegian industrial and financial group.
Espen has long experience in business development, venture and consultancy in renewable energy and biotechnology, and from corporate finance and business development in London.
Espen is educated MSc from University of Surrey and MBA from INSEAD.
Erik Th. Jakobsen is an investment professional at Ferd Capital. Ferd is a family owned Norwegian industrial and financial group, and Ferd Capital is Ferd’s long-term active ownership division in private and listed companies.
Erik has experience from active ownership and financial and strategic analysis within several industries and is a board observer in Mestergruppen and Mnemonic, two of the larger companies in Ferd’s portfolio. Erik also has consulting experience from EY (Ernst & Young) both in Oslo and London.
Erik is a graduate economist from BI in Oslo with an exchange stay at the IE Business School in Madrid.
Anne Holm Rannaleet is part of the team that built Industri Kapital, today called IK Partners (“IK”), a leading European Private Equity firm. After retirement from IK in 2008 she currently serves as Senior Advisor. In addition, Anne is the Executive Director of IKARE Ltd, an UK registered charity operating in accordance with the venture philanthropy principles, whose main donor is IK. Anne is also a board member of the cross-sectorial association Effektfullt, whose mission it is to help broaden and deepen the use of impact measurement and management in Sweden.
Anne has previously served on the EVPA (European Venture Philanthropy Association) Board, and represented Mid-Market and the Nordic Region Buy-outs on the Public Affairs Executive of the venture capital and private equity industry association, Invest Europe, vis-à-vis policy and decision makers in the EU.
Anne holds a MSc in International Economics and Business Administration from Uppsala University in Sweden.
Lars Johansson-Kjellerød is the founder of Unicus and acting CEO in Unicus Holding, the owner company of Unicus.
Lars has an MSc degree from the University of Karlstad, several years of experience in finance.
